Each phase produces an output that is used in the next phase.
A Blueprint for Action, shown in Figure 3, is produced in the first phase and drives the rest of the phases.
The BluePrint contains analysis of the proposed opportunity and a determination of what should be undertaken or not based on financial, technical, business and/or regulatory considerations.
The main output produced is an overall vision that suggests the services to be provided by the Project and the type of training and technical assistance (TTA) needed to make Project a success.
We are using SPACE (Strategic Planning, Architectures, Controls and Education) to automate the methodology. SPACE reduces the time needed to plan a project from months to days (it reduces time and cost by 70%). For additional information on SPACE, please visit www.space4ict.com
