The University of Oklahoma's Public Service Institute.

OCCAM (originator of the United Nations’s Infopoverty Program)

Harrisburg University (HU)

Center for Next Generation Enterprises

The Education and Training Institute (ETI)

ICT4SIDS – a UN Registered Partnership for Small Islands and other collaborators.

All partners are interested in offering training and technical assistance (TTA) to the NITL Foundation in Timor Leste.
