Information Models

Tele-Pharmacy is a healthcare system that enables providing pharmaceutical care to patients at remote locations where they may not have physical contact with pharmacists.
 
Tele-Pharmacy framework consist of the following:
  • Patients and physician at the point-of-care.
  • Communication infrastructure
  • Remote Consultation

The following information models represent different aspects of a Tele-Pharmacy Service. These models, represented in UML (Unified Modeling Language),  can be customized and extended if needed.
