Welcome message from the President of SPACE4Nigeria (Mr Emmanuel Amos) 

Mr Amos Emmanuel, a native of Essien Udim LGA, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, is a versatile entrepreneur, software developer, President, Programos Foundation. He is the initiator of the Software implementation Development and Outsourcing Entrepreneurship Initiative called SiDOLiberty. He is a member of the United Nation Global Alliance for ICT and Development, UN GAID User Group and designer of SPACE4Nigeria (in partnership with NGE Solutions Inc, USA). He is Chief Software Architect/Ceo, Programos Software Group (www.programosoftware.com), Nigeria/Ghana; Mr Amos Emmanuel is the Eminent National Expert for Nigeria on the United Nations World Summit Award, WSA - promoting mobile and e-content innovation in Nigeria (www.mobile-wsa.org). He enjoys professional membership of the Nigerian Computer Society, NCS, the Institute of Software Practitioners of Nigeria, ISPON, and currently is 1st Vice President, Information Technology (Industry) Association of Nigeria, ITAN (Nigeria’s representative at the World Information Technology and Services Alliance, WITSA) and a member of the ICT Roadmap Group – an ICT professional group influencing, among other stakeholders, and advancement in the development of the IT Industry and success of the new Communication Technology Ministry in Nigeria. Mr Amos Emmanuel, a member of AIESEC Alumni Nigeria AAN and an alumnus of the University of Lagos, is married with children
